During sessions, we use NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) techniques to remove the unhelpful template and replace it with your preferred response to the situation.

Your subconscious mind is very powerful and will continue to encourage you to carry on smoking, despite being aware of the dangers. Using Hypnosis, you are in contact with your unconscious we can change your relationship with cigarettes and tobacco. We work together over one session lasting 1.5 -2 hours.
