After the premature birth and passing of my second baby, I found myself battling debilitating anxiety and an overwhelming sense of loss. That experience was the catalyst that led me to the work I now do. While no one can truly know how someone else feels, I believe my own experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the complexities we can face and the profound impact life’s difficulties can have on mental health. With empathy and compassion, I aim to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore, heal, and grow.

My sessions are an effective mix of  hypnotherapy , psychotherapy , and mindset coaching, dedicated to helping you reprogram your subconscious mind and unlock your full potential. Together, we’ll work to clear the mental roadblocks, so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.

I offer personalised, one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs. Each approach is thoughtfully integrated to guide you toward lasting change. Working online via Zoom, location and time zones are never an issue—you can join from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world.

Sessions help you to understand the “why” behind your challenges. This process is rooted in neuroscience, helping you experience those powerful “aha” moments that lead to real transformation in both mindset and behaviour.

Hypnosis is a highly effective tool that offers a soothing and deeply relaxing experience—far from the misconceptions you may have seen on TV.
